On Rue Longue, a stone's throw from Place des Terreaux, this 17th-century building has kept its original oak beams, vaulted ceilings and the warmth of its exposed stone.

Inside, everything has been redesigned: solid oak flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, a marbled stoneware bathroom. Three separate bedrooms, a large through-lounge, two bathrooms.

The space sleeps up to six — ideal for business delegations, trips with colleagues, or extended-family stays. The apartment is on the 1st floor with no lift (access not suitable for guests with reduced mobility).

How does check-in work?

Self check-in 24/7 thanks to a smart lock: the code is sent to you before your stay. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.

What are the minimum and maximum stay durations?

Minimum 3 nights, maximum 3 months (90 nights). For long stays and recurring trips, contact us for a quote.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

Yes. The invoice is issued in your company's name (SIRET), VAT not applicable (Art. 293 B French Tax Code). You can also book and pay for an employee's stay.

What are the payment methods?

Secure card payment (paid in full at booking, via Stripe). For companies, payment by bank transfer or on invoice is possible on request.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to one month (30 days) before arrival. After that, the full amount of the stay remains due. Full details are in our rental terms.

Is the apartment suitable for remote work?

Yes: dedicated 1 Gb/s fibre Wi-Fi (ideal for video calls), a workspace, cleaning and linen included. Designed for business stays.

Is there parking? A lift?
